Here's a video clip of a little enactment done by YouTube.com mocking "Memoirs of a Geisha". Okay to be honest, it wasn't a bad movie, just not as good as the book (like LOTR, Potter etc.) I just hope the Da Vinci Code won't be a flop either.
Zhang Ziyi didn't look as good as I expected her too, but Gong Li was absolutely gorgeous and Sakura Ohgu was oh so cute, despite being just a little girl. I would have prefered the mains to be Japanese, but seeing as how there are no internationally acclaimed Japanese actresses, Hollywood couldn't afford to take the risk. I understand.
Finally, Michelle Yeoh is out of place. She should retire and stop tarnishing her legacy (or what remains of it). Who would pay 10,000Yen for her???????!!!!
